What you'll learn

Isabella Torres once tried to impress a date by downing a mimosa straight from the glass—thin stem and all—only to have it shatter in her mouth while he was filming. "My throat closes," she recalls, remarkably calm about a moment that could have ended in a surgical ward. "I didn't get any glass in my mouth... I was trying to impress him with my mouth." It’s that brand of chaotic, high-stakes energy that has come to define "Fit Badonk," the gym-obsessed, car-loving creator who built an empire out of being, in her own words, a "silly goose."

The rebrand from her original handle, Banshee Bell, happened during a smoke session with friends. She needed something that captured her two main pillars: fitness and, well, her assets. But behind the viral clips of her headbanging in a Toyota Prius—which earned her random death threats from the toxic corners of Twitter—Isabella’s journey is anchored by a much grittier reality than her Instagram feed suggests. From a decade-long battle with an eating disorder to a night spent in a Florida "metal box" after a high-speed chase, Isabella is far more than just another face on a subscription platform.

The $5,500 Night in a Concrete psych Ward

If you see Isabella’s gray Porsche 911 on her feed, know that it carries some heavy history. She admits to being "great" at making irresponsible money choices, but her real weakness is the throttle. A little over a year ago, she found herself flying over the Gandy Bridge in Tampa at 140 mph in a 55 mph zone. The cops weren't amused, especially when they saw the gear in her backseat: a Chris Vector (an unloaded gun) and a ski mask meant for a photo shoot.

"He's like, 'Yeah, no, you step out of the vehicle, bitch,'" she says, mimicking the officer. They didn't put her in a standard cruiser; they loaded her into a metal transport box. "I was like, 'Uh-huh. We’re into BDSM, aren’t we? I like being tied up.'" The bravado didn’t last through the night in the orange jumpsuit. Between the "awful" bologna sandwiches and the $5,500 bail, the lesson finally stuck after her car was impounded for 30 days. "They have jail for a reason," she laughs now, "to make you not want to go back."

"My bail was $5,500. I just remember just sitting there and I'm using the fucking jail phone call cell phone number and I forgot my numbers."

Bodybuilding, Burnout, and the 24/7 Grind

Before the "Fit Badonk" era, Isabella’s obsession was the bodybuilding stage. She competed in three shows, though she admits the stress and hormones never quite aligned for a win. "Bodybuilding is intense," she notes, describing the "chaos" of juggling OnlyFans while essentially starving herself to meet stage requirements. It’s a discipline-heavy world that taught her the mechanics of nutrition, but it also highlighted the dark side of being a body-based creator.

The industry pressure is constant. From the "splotchy" spray tans that ruin Airbnb sheets to the mental exhaustion of never having a day off, Isabella is candid about the burnout. "It's like, don't work a nine to five, work 24/7," she says. Even on days when the cycle has her feeling "puffy" or "watery," the algorithm demands content. Her solution? Authenticity. If she’s feeling messy, she shows it. If she’s acting like an "anaconda" at the gym (a reference to her double-jointed mouth that went viral), she leans in.

The Decade-Long Battle Nobody Saw

For the first time on a public platform, Isabella peels back the "gym girly" veneer to discuss the "lore" of her past: a life-threatening struggle with anorexia. In high school, she was hospitalized for months with a feeding tube down her nose. "I died twice," she reveals. "My heart stopped like a few times because I just starved myself."

The recovery wasn't a straight line. It took moving to Seattle and a "rough, non-nurturing" wake-up call from her mother to shift her mindset. Fitness became a tool for nourishment rather than a weapon of control. Now, after fifteen years of battling her own mind, she finally feels fully recovered. It’s the kind of survival story that makes a night in jail or a toxic Twitter comment feel like "cake" by comparison.

"I was literally dying. Getting over that... this has been over a decade of a battle."

Industry Secrets and the "Gilly" Lifestyle

When the conversation turns to her work, Isabella is equally transparent. Given the choice, she’d collab with women over men every single time. "It’s a lot simpler," she explains. "If I were to collab with a girl, I can get more scenes up... with guys, it’s a lot harder. Sometimes their dick doesn’t work." She counts creators like Cheerleader Kate and Emma Beloved among her closest friends, noting that the chemistry on camera is real because the friendship is real.

If social media vanished tomorrow, Isabella claims she’d go back to a "simple life"—maybe as an esthetician, maybe back at Whole Foods. But for now, she’s the "homie" with the Porsche, the Chris Vector, and a big mouth that occasionally shatters glass. She’s just a girl who likes to drive fast, and if the cops don't catch her, the algorithm surely will.

  • The viral "Banshee Bell" video involved her screaming and headbanging in a Toyota Prius.

  • She prefers female collabs because of the variety and lack of "performance" issues.

  • Her "Fit Badonk" name was a stoned rebrand idea that stuck.

  • She spent 12 hours in jail for street racing at 140 mph.
