00:00:01:07 - 00:00:13:13 Unknown what's the catch? Like, are you like a serial killer? Like in in the Night. And we don't know about it. I don't think I would have a license if I was a serial killer. Correct. Whoops.
00:00:13:15 - 00:00:19:02 Unknown When I graduated school, I had a company or a chiropractic office that wanted to hire me,
00:00:19:08 - 00:00:22:21 Unknown did well on the interview. Everything was good. They write me back.
00:00:22:21 - 00:00:25:08 Unknown Your higher. Congratulations. You got the job.
00:00:25:08 - 00:00:30:17 Unknown Three days before I was supposed to start, they ended up calling me and telling me, hey,
00:00:30:17 - 00:00:34:22 Unknown we are actually going to go in a different route because we saw
00:00:35:01 - 00:00:36:13 Unknown you had tattoos
00:00:36:16 - 00:00:38:00 Unknown get out of town.
00:00:38:01 - 00:00:42:16 Unknown So we wanted to go with someone a little bit more. That's not traditional.
00:00:42:18 - 00:00:43:21 Unknown didn't even get mad.
00:00:43:21 - 00:00:46:11 Unknown However, that just let the fire in me.
00:00:46:11 - 00:00:47:12 Unknown two years ago,
00:00:47:12 - 00:00:48:04 Unknown we were working.
00:00:48:04 - 00:00:50:12 Unknown It was a normal day was about 4:00 in the afternoon.
00:00:50:14 - 00:00:55:09 Unknown Gentleman walks into my office and opens the door and is just standing there.
00:00:55:12 - 00:01:00:23 Unknown He's deaf. Oh he can't speak. So he's doing this
00:01:01:02 - 00:01:03:14 Unknown wanted a paper and a pen so he can write.
00:01:03:15 - 00:01:04:04 Unknown Okay,
00:01:04:05 - 00:01:07:02 Unknown So he's he's writing down on the piece of paper,
00:01:07:02 - 00:01:10:21 Unknown I've been in jail for the last eight years. I was just released
00:01:10:21 - 00:01:12:16 Unknown an hour ago. Wow.
00:01:12:19 - 00:01:36:01 Unknown You're the first person I wanted to come to. Hopefully you can help me feel better so I can change my life. Wow. Oh, my God, I got goosebumps. Yeah, that was like. I like, cried for sure. I mean, like, I'm about to cry now. Geez, man. He's still an emotional he's a catch. Okay. Plus you'll adjust you for free.
00:01:36:03 - 00:01:59:19 Unknown This is the letter station.
00:01:59:21 - 00:02:08:13 Unknown It's been a minute. Not for you guys, because I post weekly, but I haven't sat down and filmed a pod in, like, about a month.
00:02:08:13 - 00:02:21:12 Unknown And let me tell you, my next guest couldn't have come at a better time because my lower back is killing me. This guy is someone who's made a career telling people to stand up straight, literally.
00:02:21:12 - 00:02:26:21 Unknown So I know you guys know that I don't have the greatest posture, so I'm going to really put an effort in today.
00:02:26:21 - 00:02:29:16 Unknown if I'm not having a good posture, you tell me in the comments, okay.
00:02:29:16 - 00:02:41:04 Unknown He's the founder of Born to Move Chiropractic. Please welcome Doctor Christian. Come on in. Thank you so much for having me.
00:02:41:05 - 00:02:43:17 Unknown Thank you so much for coming.
00:02:43:19 - 00:03:01:03 Unknown Now, I know you're based in Orlando, and you, you you did the drive for us today. Absolutely. Do you need an adjustment? I know you were sitting down for quite some time. I am definitely overdue for an adjustment, that's for sure. I can't give you an adjustment, but I do have a massage chair if you want.
00:03:01:05 - 00:03:29:10 Unknown I can't say that I'm going to be a good. I'd give you a good adjustment. So, Doctor Christian, tell me. Tell me I love it. Ready to go? What influence do you want to become a chiropractor? Well, I grew up playing basketball. I had a chiropractor growing up. It was something I was always interested in. I had chiropractic work done on me my whole life.
00:03:29:11 - 00:03:52:16 Unknown Fortunately, I had the opportunity to play pro basketball overseas in Ireland, in Italy, after high school and college, after my career came to an end. I always knew I wanted to get in some form of medicine. Chiropractic just felt right. I was good at it. I knew about it. It was kind of more of an internal thing, saying, hey, this is what you need to do, and I'm happy that I did.
00:03:52:17 - 00:04:15:00 Unknown Yeah, because you're doing really good. We see you online, you've got millions of followers. Thank you. So that's that's really awesome. You said you started having a chiropractor at a young age. Like how young? Because I just discovered chiropractors. Not that I didn't know about them, but, like, I never went to one up until 25. That was the first time I got an adjustment.
00:04:15:00 - 00:04:38:17 Unknown And I was like, what is this beautiful feeling? You know what I mean? It just feels so good. Yeah, well, I mean, you can get them at all ages. I mean, most people now, you know, adults typically get adjusted. But I mean, I've personally I've worked on babies, worked on kids, teenagers, adults and elderly. I have a niche with athletes.
00:04:38:17 - 00:05:04:02 Unknown I see thousands and thousands of professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, Major League Baseball, WWE, MMA. So I have a niche for for athletes, but I treat everybody in my office. So I didn't know that you could do chiropractic work on children or even babies. Sure. And I recently found out that that could help with ear infections. Is that right?
00:05:04:05 - 00:05:23:04 Unknown Just had someone in the office last week who had chronic ear pain came in, got adjusted some TMJ release in the jaw after the session, walked away saying she felt better than after the session than she has. And three months. What's what's TMJ? TMJ is like a TMJ for the jaw. It's more trigger point release for the jaw.
00:05:23:05 - 00:05:42:00 Unknown A lot of muscles get stuck in the jaw. People don't realize how much muscles there are in your face. Yeah. So releasing those knots and trigger points can help with the with the tension built up, especially with the vertigo as well. Okay. Because everything's all connected right over here. That's really cool. So I tried that for my little one because she just had a chronic ear infection that wasn't going away.
00:05:42:04 - 00:06:05:23 Unknown And I'm, I like to say on the more natural side of things. Right. And I try to avoid antibiotics, although that at that time I did not just because it was heartbreaking to to but but I wish I knew that. And what do you recommend like for for kids. Do you recommend how often should should kids get adjusted?
00:06:06:00 - 00:06:28:03 Unknown It depends on like what they're into. For example, I see pro athletes with their kids who are starting, you know, if it's a pro basketball player. Well, they're starting them young, three years old, four years old. They're starting to play. So they're constantly running, jumping, moving. So getting adjusted is is great. And then you have the other spectrum kids that are sitting all day playing video games.
00:06:28:09 - 00:06:44:14 Unknown Well, you still need to get adjusted because you're going to have neck and lower back pain just by the way that you're sitting all day. Yeah. So you can start them as young as I would say when they're born. Okay. And how often would you say they should come to see? Like, I feel like once a month if you're like, you know, is a good.
00:06:44:16 - 00:07:06:17 Unknown Yeah. Is a good rate to go. But I mean, there are some times where I get these migraines and it's just like my shoulder is I could feel it in my shoulders. I'm like, they're so tense and they're so stiff. And then as soon as I would go to the chiropractor, I'm like, oh my God. Although sometimes and he's told me that I need to ice it after, but sometimes.
00:07:06:17 - 00:07:26:15 Unknown Is it normal that it gets a bit worse before it gets better? The headache? Yes. Right. Sometimes that happens not all the time, but sometimes it can't. It can't happen for sure. Like in that moment, it's just like pure release and you're like, oh my God. And then you go back home and you're like, I know I'm going to get better, but there's going to be like a few hours of like, you know, more pain.
00:07:26:16 - 00:07:52:03 Unknown Yeah, I would say, I mean, we do and I can't speak for everybody. I can only speak for me. We do things a lot differently in my office. We have close to about 3000 people on a membership at my clinic. It's not just adjustments. We do 45 minutes to an hour sessions. That's a combination of adjustments deep tissue massage, trigger point massage, lymphatic drainage massage and then copying Grafton stretching cold laser.
00:07:52:05 - 00:08:09:23 Unknown All of these things are incorporated into the sessions. So I'm a big believer in a lot of muscle work. Manual massage not just adjustment some. So we do things a little bit differently. As far as your question about frequency. We have once a month memberships, twice a month memberships and once a week memberships and twice a week memberships.
00:08:09:23 - 00:08:28:11 Unknown I typically I won't adjust somebody more than once a week unless it's an emergency, unless it's a really bad flare up. Something along those lines. Okay. So you're not just cracking bones. You're doing a lot more things. I did I did see that in one of your posts. You you had like, you know, the whole list of things that you do.
00:08:28:11 - 00:08:49:23 Unknown And I did see the memberships as well. And I'm going to say those are really great prices. Thank you. Yeah. Like I think I saw one session 72. I was like, okay, this is really good because you, you know, I've since I've moved here, I've gone to one chiropractor. And I'm not going to lie, I was like, okay, you know, all right.
00:08:50:00 - 00:09:10:20 Unknown For, for for what I got, I didn't I didn't feel like it was, you know, correct. It was worth it. Yeah. That's correct. I was looking for but just at looking at your profile, I find that the membership idea is fantastic because you feel like you're saving some money, right? I'm sure you you reduce the price of someone has a membership by 100%, right?
00:09:10:21 - 00:09:31:19 Unknown So it's you feel more tempted to want to get a membership? Yeah. If you live next door, man, I'm telling you, I'd have a membership. I'd have, like, a once a week membership. I'm like, where's my wife? Where's my wife? I'm not even joking. I'm not even joking. She's with Chris. No. I fell in love with with seeing my chiropractor.
00:09:31:20 - 00:09:58:12 Unknown Like, no joke. Because, like I told you, I'm more into the natural aspect of stuff. And I do feel like there's a release of emotions at the same time. Is that like they say, you know, you're releasing all this pain and negative energy. What do you what do you what do you think about that? I mean, a lot of, a lot of tension is built up in the neck and traps and the lower backs of getting adjusted.
00:09:58:12 - 00:10:26:09 Unknown I've had people come into my office with chronic neck pain and migraines, and after a session, they start crying in a good way because all this tension is just it's just like they feel like they just lost 30 pounds of tension. Yeah. Like I see these videos on like TikTok and stuff where like, the chiropractor is going to like make an adjustment and you just start bawling like, I've never I've never had that much pain to be like that intense.
00:10:26:15 - 00:11:57:08 Unknown But I mean, it's crazy how it just, you know, they, they have all that trapped inside and it just comes out all at once. That's crazy.
00:11:57:10 - 00:12:10:14 Unknown So how long were you in school for this? I was in school, so undergrad was four years. And then chiropractic school after is a graduate program. A Doctor of Chiropractic program is another four.
00:12:10:15 - 00:12:35:02 Unknown So it's eight years. I spent two additional years after my doctorates getting a lot of different certifications and a lot of different aspects. So you have all the copying the grass and the cold Azer, trigger, point release, lymphatic drainage, all of that. I have certifications as well. I'm board certified in physical therapy as well. So we do a lot of physical therapy and rehab in the office too.
00:12:35:02 - 00:12:52:12 Unknown But in total, after all of that was sending down about ten and a half years. That's wild. You must be a good student. I don't want to ever want to do it again for sure. That was my I was one I went in when I was 20 and one day I got out and I was 33. You know what I mean?
00:12:52:13 - 00:13:13:19 Unknown That's wild. Yeah, but you did it. And now you're you're being rewarded for it, right? Absolutely. So you you did finish school and you went and opened your own practice right away. I feel like we have some. Yeah, that is a ballsy move. And I'm sure you probably, you know, got some people telling you that wasn't a great idea.
00:13:13:21 - 00:13:35:20 Unknown 100%. Tell us a little bit about that. How much time do you have? We got. We want to hear it. Yeah, man. Well, so like I said, you're in school for that long. The the program is great. You get taught how to be a great chiropractor. You get taught how to be a great doctor.
00:13:35:22 - 00:13:58:16 Unknown What they don't what I feel could be a little bit better is how do you come out and run your own business? Because what's basically preached in school is you're going to be a great doctor, go and work for another doctor who's had his own practice. Get your feet wet. Learns the in and outs of a business. Maybe in 3 or 5 years, you'll have the opportunity to open up your own.
00:13:58:17 - 00:14:16:09 Unknown I did things to complete opposite. It's something that was the hardest thing I've ever. I thought school was hard and then I jumped into that. That was even harder. So when students ask me, hey, like, how did you start your own? Or how can I start my own after I graduate? I honestly tell them, go work for somebody for a few years.
00:14:16:14 - 00:14:44:08 Unknown You save some money, get you learn. It's the correct thing to say. And it's because here's the thing. When you graduate and you want to start your own practice, you have that vision in your head of what it can look like or what you want for yourself in the future. Problem is, is that when you just graduated, you don't have a patient base, you don't have anybody, and you're going to go up against the chiropractor down the road who's been in practice for 20 years.
00:14:44:10 - 00:15:07:13 Unknown A couple miles away, you have another chiropractor who specializes in sports, and then the other way you're going to win against me. Yeah. And you? It's tough. I mean, where are the patients going to come? What are you doing that's going to separate yourself from everybody else? Because one thing is for sure, you're going to have to sign your name on that lease, and you're going to have to pay that money.
00:15:07:14 - 00:15:22:18 Unknown And you just got out of school, and you just got out of school with all of these loans. Yeah. And you don't know if patients are going to come. It's a big risk. Something just for me inside of me told me, this is what you need to do. This is what you're born to do. This what you're meant to do.
00:15:22:18 - 00:15:45:18 Unknown I actually first signed with Funny Story. When I graduated school, I had a company or a chiropractic office that wanted to hire me, so I was going to go work for the traditional route, the traditional route. I was going to go work for somebody, and I was going to be the clinic director of the office. Great position coming right out of school.
00:15:45:19 - 00:16:16:06 Unknown Good money, good responsibility. Something that I was really interested in doing did well on the interview. Everything was good. They write me back. Your higher. Congratulations. You got the job. Three days before I was supposed to start, they ended up calling me and telling me, hey, we are actually going to go in a different route because we saw you had tattoos get out of town.
00:16:16:07 - 00:16:36:14 Unknown So we wanted to go with someone a little bit more. That's not traditional. No, that. And I was I didn't even get mad. Yeah. I mean I was like, what are you gonna do? It's your decision. It's your office, I respect it. That's awesome. However, that just let the fire in me. That was like my wake up call.
00:16:36:15 - 00:16:56:03 Unknown It was what I needed because I was like, should I start my own? Should I not? The money, the lease. What if nobody comes? And then I took a little bit more safe around 3 or 5 more years and they all open up my own. And when that was taken from me, the fire lit and.
00:16:56:05 - 00:17:09:12 Unknown It's just here we go. This is this is what we're doing to do. You have no other option. There is no plan B exactly. We're going all in. We're going to do it. We're going to make it work. We're going to find a way to make it work. And thank God, like it was a blessing in disguise because who knows if I would have taken it, I still might have been working there.
00:17:09:18 - 00:17:28:11 Unknown I wouldn't even have working on all of these pro athletes having my own office. I now have 35 employees. That's why I'm known all over the world. I travel all over, and the worst part is, you wouldn't have been on the Alexis show. I wouldn't have been on the show today, that's for sure. Thank you. That was a good man.
00:17:28:12 - 00:17:49:18 Unknown That's awesome. So then tell me. Tell me. I mean, you. It's a lot of work. How did you get the clients to come? Is that where social media came in? Why? I tell students to work for somebody else first. This is. This is why. So this is. This is my day.
00:17:49:20 - 00:18:08:05 Unknown Going back to what are you going to do that separate I just graduated, so what am I doing that separating myself? Why would you want to come to me play that adversity role or the the devil's advocate role. Right. Like, you know, there's chiropractors all over. Why are you going to come to a new grad that just graduated that has no experience?
00:18:08:05 - 00:18:27:13 Unknown So I had to fill in the gaps and figure out what can I do to separate myself. So for the first year that I worked, I was Monday through Sunday, six in the morning. We opened 8:00 at night, we closed. It ended up usually being 9:00. This was literally my entire life. Wow. I did not go out once for an entire I'm not.
00:18:27:13 - 00:18:51:12 Unknown I'm talking like not even to a restaurant. Yeah, 6 to 8 Monday through Sunday was my day. Why did I do that? Well, most places are open 9 to 5, so if I can get people to come in before work, they're going to be happy because most people work 9 to 5. So when so when their clothes or when they finish, when they when they finish work, everything's already closed.
00:18:51:12 - 00:19:15:23 Unknown Exactly. So I'd have a good group of people coming in my 6 a.m.. And the place was packed. Wow. And then I would stay open until 8:00 at night so everyone would come after work. The problem was, what am I doing from 9 to 5? That's where I got to fill the holes. And that's what took time. But my day was basically six in the morning till eight.
00:19:16:01 - 00:19:42:19 Unknown I was my only employee, like it was just me and a videographer. Okay, so I was the doctor, the clinic director, the manager, the front desk receptionist, the janitor. I did everything. So 6 to 8, 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.. We worked 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.. I sent out the text message reminders for the patients for the next day so they don't forget.
00:19:42:21 - 00:20:03:22 Unknown 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. I would do the social media ads. Granted, we're talking about 6 a.m. it's 10:00 at night now. I'm exhausted and you haven't even gone home taking a shower. Nothing at 11. Then when I finished the the ads by 10:00, I'm looking at my phone. Of all the people that I texted. Oh, I need to reschedule the appointment tomorrow.
00:20:03:23 - 00:20:22:11 Unknown Oh, I need to move it to this day. So now I'm there for another hour. Yeah, my days would start at six. I'd finish by eight, but it was really 1212. So now I have an hour to myself every day I'm going to go home and either just chill, maybe I'll go to the gym. Yeah, I made a priority to get to the gym.
00:20:22:13 - 00:20:41:20 Unknown I want to keep myself fit and healthy. And I talk about you got to preach. Which practice, right? Or practice what you preach. But that was my day. Every day for a year. And that's why I tell people, if you don't have that kind of drive and it's not normal. Yeah, it's not something that I recommend doing.
00:20:41:22 - 00:21:07:17 Unknown It's it's there's no life. I don't have any. I don't have a wife. I'm single. I don't have kids. I am I'm most people would look at it as that's crazy that you would even do it. But in my mentality, I'm lucky that I even have the opportunity to do it because I want to give everything I got so I can look back and say, if it didn't work out, at least there's no doubt that I said, hey, I put everything into it.
00:21:07:18 - 00:21:26:13 Unknown Exactly. You know? No. But so that's the thing. I feel like there's two types of people in this world, right? Go getters. And then the rest. Right? They'll they'll be happy with their 9 to 5. And there's nothing wrong with that. But you're the type of person that wants to do something, wants to get it done and succeed.
00:21:26:14 - 00:21:45:07 Unknown Obviously. And clearly you've done that. So I see what you mean by I would tell somebody to go, you know, do that 9 to 5 work years. But if somebody has the same drive as you, you would tell them, look, you're going to have to suck it up. It's going to be tough, but is you're going to get rewarded at the end of the day, 100%.
00:21:45:08 - 00:22:07:18 Unknown Exactly. Yeah, absolutely. If you have the drive, because again, when you're putting all of this effort, even when I was working from 6 a.m. to eight and I was doing the ads and I was doing all of these things, it doesn't necessarily mean it's going to work out. I have to do it. And even to give myself an opportunity for it to work, there's a chance it may not work.
00:22:07:22 - 00:22:26:04 Unknown If you're not willing to even do that, then it's the 100% not going to work. So I just I put everything into it. One videographer turn in now we're starting to get busy. I need to hire massage therapist. So that was cool. Now I got my massage therapist and I'm doing the adjustments. And then the patients come in.
00:22:26:05 - 00:22:46:20 Unknown They love it. And then referring families and friends. Well, I need a therapy tech. Okay. So now I have three employees. And then we'll probably get into this later. But then all of a sudden these people are messaging me on Instagram and okay, they're in the WWE wrestling. That's interesting. Cool. They come in now and there's some big boys.
00:22:46:21 - 00:23:07:05 Unknown So now my massage therapist is doing all of the work on them. I'm doing the adjustments. But then I realized we got two other WWE waiting their turn. Okay, we need more tables. Yeah, we need more employees. We need a bigger place. We need a bigger place. And it's crazy because it all happens so fast. Yeah, I got very, very lucky.
00:23:07:05 - 00:23:27:11 Unknown Very fortunate that everyone was loving. Like you were saying, the prices are fair. The sessions are an hour. Yeah, the vibe is amazing. The energy is great. You're going to come in, we're going to remember your name. We're going to remember what we talked about that last conversation. When we see you next week or in a month from now, we're going to pick up where we left off.
00:23:27:12 - 00:23:43:04 Unknown Yeah, I'm very, very big on the customer service and it's creating that friendship and relationship 1000 to come back because you could be good at your job, you could be good at, you know, adjusting people. But if your customer service is sorry to say shit, you know, it's I'm not going to want to come. You could be the best.
00:23:43:04 - 00:23:57:08 Unknown But if if I don't feel that connection, I don't feel a good vibe. I'd be like, well, screw this, I'll go to somebody who's not as good but treats me better. We've had people on membership. We've had people.
00:23:57:10 - 00:24:20:02 Unknown It is in a sense, though, you're right, because, I mean, listen, we have 3000 people on a membership. I've had people on people coming to me once a week for four years who never missed their appointment. Wow. We have people on membership driving from Miami, New York, Kentucky, Texas. Wow. Flying here from different countries once a month to get adjusted using.
00:24:20:05 - 00:24:42:06 Unknown That's awesome. It just speaks like you said it would you? There's chiropractors everywhere you can go where physical therapists, you can go get treated. Why are you coming here? And I talk about this all the time with my employees. The customer service and the vibe is what brings people back. Because at the end of the day, what I do, it's not a need, it's a want.
00:24:42:07 - 00:25:09:00 Unknown And it's also a luxury. And in the economy and with all of these things going up, yeah, it's a luxury to say, hey, like, I'm going to go get adjusted because, you know, whether your prices are high or not, it's still an expense that somebody doesn't necessarily need to spend on. Right? I got family, I got I got a maybe, maybe I have a husband that's coming in for three years and he just lost his job.
00:25:09:00 - 00:25:28:07 Unknown He has three kids. Yeah. Either struggling. I'm the type of what can I do to help. Yeah. I'm not you know what I mean? So I'm very I have very good relationships with everybody because I understand everybody's situation. That makes sense. And 1,000%. That's awesome. That's great. Good vibes. Thank you. So you got a million followers on IG.
00:25:28:09 - 00:25:51:05 Unknown How did that happen? I just got like 30,000 followers overnight. Well in the past like week. And you're saying that's it. We're only at like 230 something. That's amazing though. I'm being sarcastic now. It's funny because when you talk about it and like, even if you just had like, even if I just had 1000 followers, well, if I had 1000 people lined up at my door for adjustment.
00:25:51:10 - 00:26:08:00 Unknown It's a lot of people. I'm good, you know what I mean? But it's amazing, though. I mean, it kind of happened again. Everything happened. I've only been doing this for four years, so people always ask me, like, you've had to be doing this for ten plus years by now. Like, nope, I'm in my fourth year, not even four years completed.
00:26:08:00 - 00:26:27:20 Unknown But I'm going back to what I said about the WWE. I, I had a few WWE wrestlers. I'm not going to say their names. They messaged me on Instagram, asked me to come in for a session. They came in for a session who are very, you know, there's different levels of WWE. These are the guys at the top, top, top.
00:26:28:00 - 00:26:49:11 Unknown They came in and they loved it. At the end of the session, they're, you know, pulling out their wallets. How much do I owe you for the session? I don't want your money. We got all the footage. We got all the content. I'm going to ask you for a favor. Will you please collab this with me? And they say, yes, thank God they say yes.
00:26:49:11 - 00:27:07:05 Unknown They're cool with it. They're fine with it. The problem is, what made me nervous is like, they say, yes, but are they gonna. Are they going to do right? I still got to edit it. Yeah, I got to edit the content. You're here right now. But tomorrow night is Friday Night SmackDown. You're in a different city. Different state.
00:27:07:06 - 00:27:23:18 Unknown You got a family, you got this going on. You can even remember me like I'm trying to get. I'm the only employee at the time. Yeah, so I just did the session. I say bye to them. I'm in my little corner doing cap cut, doing doing the real. Yeah. You know, hoping that they will do what they say.
00:27:23:18 - 00:27:46:00 Unknown And I took me a few days to make it look good, you know, because you don't want to put something not good together and you send it to them, they're like, hey, I'm sorry, I can't put this on my Instagram for sure. Thankfully they did. And then when they put it on my Instagram, a few more WWE wrestlers reached out and then they came in and then a few more came in.
00:27:46:00 - 00:28:04:23 Unknown And then it was funny. I tell people I'm like, for a solid six months, I was seeing like the same eight WWE wrestlers and I was thinking and I wasn't charging. All I wanted was contact, post me. Yeah, that's all I want for sure. And after six months I was I didn't say it, but in my head I was like, man, I thought a lot more would be coming in by now.
00:28:05:04 - 00:28:25:11 Unknown Yeah. It's great. Don't get me wrong, but I'm gonna come competitive guy, I want more. Why is more not coming? When I had that thought, I woke up the next day. And it's crazy because I have a website where you can do appointment requests. I don't get a lot of requests from my website. It's more of like Instagram DMs, phone calls, things like that.
00:28:25:11 - 00:28:51:05 Unknown I woke up with 27 appointment requests, and I maybe would get maybe 4 or 5 a month from my website. So I'm looking at the names of these people. I'm like, man, these names sound so familiar, and I take their names and I'm putting it in Google because the WWE name and their real names different name. Exactly. But me as a WWE fan, I know their real name and their WWE and I'm like, this can't be so-and-so.
00:28:51:05 - 00:29:15:21 Unknown And sure enough, it was. You put it. And then when it went from 2 to 4 to 8 to 20 7 to 100 very fast, and then you know how it is, everyone's following each other. So even though they're in WWE, well, they make connections with NBA, NFL, Major League Baseball, celebrities, entertainers, music artists. And so then it turns into everybody.
00:29:15:21 - 00:29:34:08 Unknown It happened so fast. It was a snowball effect. I felt like I was in my office during the week. I was in a different city, in a different state. On the weekend, I was carrying my chiropractic table through the airport by myself, just making this dream become a reality. That is awesome. Thanks guys. Appreciate it. We love seeing people succeed.
00:29:34:11 - 00:29:57:04 Unknown Thank you. That's awesome. Yeah. It all. All it takes is one person, one real one. You know, like 15 second clip for everything to really change. Yes, you did put the work in. But having that one person. Come on, like you said, snowball effect right now all the WWE pay because they know my work. Yeah. And they're happy to pay me.
00:29:57:05 - 00:30:17:09 Unknown They're always telling me, hey, you sure you don't want me to pay? I always. It's okay. Just please post me. Yeah. Now I want you to pay me. To pay me like you posted me. But now you got to pay. Now you still I still hook you up. But I want you to pay me for sure. But the first guy, first WWE wrestler that came into my office who collab with me has never paid me to this day.
00:30:17:09 - 00:30:34:22 Unknown Not because he hasn't offered, it's because I. I won't take your money. You started. You started this. You will come to my office for the rest of your life for free. That is awesome. I'm sure he appreciates that. Yes. So I'm sure you've gotten some some funny DMs. Do you have one that stands out that you can share with us?
00:30:34:22 - 00:30:39:15 Unknown Can you break my back and fix it?
00:30:39:17 - 00:30:42:23 Unknown That was me. That was it.
00:30:43:01 - 00:30:50:02 Unknown That is. That's the one. Oh, shit. That was the good one. That's gonna be real.
00:30:50:04 - 00:31:09:09 Unknown Oh my God. Can I ask a question? Is there anybody that you would be allowed to say? Like who? Who came on the show? What am I saying? Who came to see you? Like who's famous? Who? Who? Is there any names you can give out to? To the viewers? Yeah. For sure. For people who don't follow you, they would not know.
00:31:09:10 - 00:31:25:22 Unknown Yeah, yeah. Well, the WWE, if you're WWE fan, if anyone's watching who's in WWE, you have Soul Ruka. You have Nikita Lyons. You have? Yep. Then you have.
00:31:26:00 - 00:31:38:10 Unknown The big one that I treated. Her name was Liv Morgan. Okay. Liv was. She's. How do I compare it?
00:31:38:12 - 00:32:05:02 Unknown She is the messy soccer. She is. Oh, really? Morgan is really the top. Top? Like the number one star. Oh. That's awesome. And she. A few years ago on live TV, separated her shoulder, had a horrible shoulder injury, and I was fortunate enough to be the one to. She had a team of people helping medical doctors, physical therapists.
00:32:05:04 - 00:32:28:16 Unknown I was a chiropractor to step in and work on her. She loved the treatment. Everything went well, which also trickled again, more WWE. But I would say her being up there is one another one if you're in the body building world. His name is Brandon Curry. So Brandon Curry came in. Absolutely loved it. Matt Ashkenazi, a pro bodybuilder for the Olympia.
00:32:28:18 - 00:32:42:21 Unknown A lot of people like that in the athletes. It must be like going to work. It must be fun, right? Because you don't know. I mean, you do know who you're going to see that day because you have your schedule and stuff like that. But you can always get somebody new, somebody famous, and you're just like, oh, shoot.
00:32:42:22 - 00:33:00:05 Unknown Right. It must be like something to be like. I have all these famous people, known people coming into my office. Well, I know who's coming in for the day. Yeah. And then when I'm treating them, you know, we're treating everybody. And then I finally get a five minute break, and then I go on Instagram and I cdm and it's like, oh, wait.
00:33:00:06 - 00:33:18:06 Unknown Oh, okay. Yeah. Hey, we're going to New York this weekend telling my staff. Yeah. You know, it could be someone. You don't happen so fast. Randomly. You know what I mean? That's crazy. So let's say you're like, okay, we're good. So you're going to New York this weekend. Are you open on the weekends and you're on closed on Sundays and Mondays.
00:33:18:07 - 00:33:38:14 Unknown Okay. I'm open Tuesday through Saturday. Okay. So I will go for a day if you need me for a day. And you're willing to pay the price. And we're we have logistics. Everything's set up. You got me with the hotel or am I staying at your house? What are we doing? It does happen often. There's other players that want me to come through and stay with them for a few weeks.
00:33:38:20 - 00:34:00:12 Unknown That gets a little tricky. Yeah. Because then I do have to close down the office. But now I created my schedule. To where? Fridays and Saturdays we work for our days. Okay. So like Saturday, I'm done by two. Okay. And then I don't work again until Tuesday morning. So I have I can get on a plane Saturday, get there by Saturday night, and I can stay with you all day Sunday.
00:34:00:12 - 00:34:06:14 Unknown If I need me Monday morning, I can stay. I come back Monday night. So you got me for two days? Yeah. That's good. Yeah.
00:34:06:16 - 00:34:24:20 Unknown Hey, it's Lexus Star if you've made it this far. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for sticking around. If you are enjoying the show, I would love if you could subscribe now. Why would I ask you this? The more subscribers we have, the easier it is for me to bring on fun, exciting and entertaining guests on the show for you to enjoy.
00:34:24:20 - 00:34:29:06 Unknown So let's keep the conversation going. Now let's get back to the show.
00:34:29:08 - 00:34:38:03 Unknown I wish I could have. I mean, maybe not yet. I gotta gotta make some more money, but I.
00:34:38:05 - 00:34:41:07 Unknown I'm trying.
00:34:41:09 - 00:34:59:22 Unknown Poor guy. We're doing so much. But I would love to have, like, a chiropractor live in my house, a personal chef and a personal project. It would be amazing. Yeah. So definitely Christian. But yeah, because he's also he's also like, you have your certificate and can I do both everything. Why can I do chiropractic and the chef. Why are you do this?
00:35:00:04 - 00:35:18:05 Unknown Yeah, I'll do both. Yeah, I can figure out the price. No problem. So our athletes, would you say they're better patients, or are they worse because they never want to ask questions? Thank you man.
00:35:18:07 - 00:35:25:03 Unknown Man. How do I answer that depends on the athlete. You know, you have a you have a.
00:35:25:05 - 00:35:48:22 Unknown Overall like with all the athletes you've treated. Yeah. I'll give you an example. You have a 12 year old coming in who has a big baseball game this weekend, but it's not going to make or break if you play. Yeah. You're 12. Yeah. You know what I mean? Yeah.
00:35:49:00 - 00:36:05:17 Unknown You have an NBA player coming in who's on a five year, $95 million contract, and he's looking at you and saying, hey, I need to get back on the court. Can you get me back on the court? Different pressure. Pressure is on. And I have to be honest. And and and I have to be. If I say yes, I have to be able to deliver.
00:36:05:18 - 00:36:23:20 Unknown Deliver. What I will say is that they're all very. This is their job. So they're very focused and locked in. If I tell them that they need to do something, they're going to do it. There is no ifs or buts about it. But like you said, you're an athlete. You're itching. You want to get out there. I said, hey, you need to give me this amount of time.
00:36:23:22 - 00:36:38:17 Unknown If you do what I say, you will get back on there. Yeah, but don't leave now. Feeling amazing. And then you go and try to push it without me looking or I'm not there. And then you want to come back and tell me, hey, like I'm still not where I need to be. That's not on me. That's on you.
00:36:38:18 - 00:37:11:06 Unknown You're not following the protocol. The protocol? No, definitely. Yeah, but, I mean, if I can add something. What did you tell me? Okay. They're both hanging on there. I'm like the third wheel. I was going to say, you know, these these athletes, they're all in, so the pressure's on them. And then you, you're like the perfect person or the perfect chiropractor to understand their situation, because you're not just a guy working for another guy who's just doing chiropractor stuff.
00:37:11:07 - 00:37:29:13 Unknown You open your business, you're all in, and you understand what it is to be all in and you understand the stakes. So I feel like you're the perfect person to understand the athlete. And, do, you know, work on them 100%, if it makes sense. No. Yeah. And I've set myself up to where I set it in the beginning of the podcast.
00:37:29:13 - 00:37:53:21 Unknown I'm single and I don't have any kids, and I choose to do that because he's mentioning it again. Hey, kind of throwing this out there, you know, how can you? I mean, you said it about seven times now I am I am single, by the way. So definitely your first year you were single. If you're working from 6 a.m. to freaking 10 p.m. now, your schedule must be a little bit different, right?
00:37:53:22 - 00:38:11:08 Unknown Why are you still single? Like, I get the first year. The second year, but what's what's the catch? Like, are you like a serial killer? Like in in the Night. And we don't know about it. I don't think I would have a license if I was a serial killer. Correct. Whoops.
00:38:11:10 - 00:38:30:23 Unknown Gotcha. I think I just haven't found the right one. Okay, as cliche is, it's not easy, man. It's not easy. I mean, it was easy for you. I was right next door. Yeah, but we got we got lucky in this, did you know? But wait, I just had a really good question, and it just slipped my mind. So you said you didn't find the right one?
00:38:31:00 - 00:38:57:07 Unknown Oh, yeah. That was my question. Did you ever have a crush on a patient? Am I allowed to ask that? You can ask it. That's not a problem. Just say no, no, no, no. There we go. No. Yeah, no I can't we can cut that out if you want. No. It's fine. No, because it's a good question. You know the reason that all of these pro because the pro athletes, you think of men, there are a lot of women, a lot of beautiful women for sure.
00:38:57:09 - 00:39:14:12 Unknown And the reason that a lot of them do come to me is because they trust me. Yeah, they're comfortable with me. WWE is coming to me because one came and then five came, and then they're all talking to each other and saying, you need to go see this guy. So the women are telling the women, you need to go see this guy.
00:39:14:13 - 00:39:31:14 Unknown I can be in their DMs all day saying, hey, I'd love to treat you. They don't care. They're not coming unless somebody refers them who's in there in the sport and women, we we tend to to talk a lot. And when we like something and we really like it, like you can't keep our mouth shut, we're just going to keep talking about it.
00:39:31:14 - 00:39:44:07 Unknown And if they like you and they like the work that you do, then for sure they're going to be yapping about it. 100%. Yeah. So he's single ladies. Okay.
00:39:44:09 - 00:40:02:04 Unknown Is it true that you are Alpha? Is it true that you offer house calls? I do, I do offer the house calls. It was a little bit more in the beginning of my career when I had more time. Again, I'm closed Sundays and Mondays. We set it up. The price is right. I can do a house calls. Even.
00:40:02:04 - 00:40:20:13 Unknown I can do private. I do private sessions on Sundays and Monday, sometimes in my office if the price is right, where I bring in maybe an employee or two, but everything is closed, so it's so it's it's quiet. You don't have to wait. But that is more of the time to where I'm traveling with the athletes. Okay. But the the house, it is there.
00:40:20:14 - 00:40:45:12 Unknown Okay. The option is there if the price is right. There you go. Correct. What's the most unusual place you've ever adjusted? Someone? Have you ever had a weird. When I first started so backing track. When I first, first, first, first started, my first office per se was actually in a CrossFit gym, so I didn't have my own office, which was great because I did.
00:40:45:13 - 00:41:13:03 Unknown I was I was responsible for the lease of what I was paying for the office, but it wasn't like a crazy amount to where I was able to to afford it. Yeah. Which I was very fortunate. The, the the kicker was though, it was in a CrossFit gym without AC. Oh, God. Yeah, that's that's me in Florida. In Florida, everybody's sweating balls and six in the morning till 8:00 at night.
00:41:13:03 - 00:41:30:11 Unknown So this is my day. Going back to working all day. And then I had to go home after I'm finishing at midnight, I got to pack my bag for the next day. That day. The for me to pack my bag for the next day is going to take me a solid 30 to 45 minutes. Why? Because I'm packing three pairs of pants for three shirts.
00:41:30:12 - 00:41:49:00 Unknown Three pairs of shoes because I'm sweating through everything. Is that something that you do across it? There's no AC, some. Okay. Some of them do. But they had like the they didn't have the AC unit but they had like the windmills okay. So it was still blowing air but but it was, it was still hot. You know what I mean.
00:41:49:01 - 00:42:07:19 Unknown So what happened as I was in the middle of the gym and they and I would work on the people, like I had a little section in the gym, and then the owner had a private, like, office that he just used for storage. Okay. And I begged him. I said, hey, can I move everything from here to here?
00:42:07:19 - 00:42:28:18 Unknown I'll pay you double, okay? Because I was starting to make a little bit of money and I'm going to have this, you know, little space to where I can install an AC unit, thank God. And it was great. After that I was good. But the first six months was brutal. Brutal. Brutal. Tough for sure. What's one chiropractic myth that you wish would disappear forever?
00:42:28:20 - 00:42:35:02 Unknown Oh, I want to hear that I get one. Let's see. There's more.
00:42:35:04 - 00:42:38:19 Unknown If you start getting adjusted, you have to do it for the rest of your life.
00:42:38:20 - 00:42:55:18 Unknown Yeah, that's. That's the one where people actually believe that. Where it's like, hey, don't get adjusted because if you start, you always got to go, no. Yeah. And I've had patients come in and tell me, like, hey, like I'm new to this. I've heard this before. Is this true? And then I always give them the analogy. I say, well, let's break it down.
00:42:55:18 - 00:43:10:22 Unknown If you are, you know, maybe you're a little bit overweight and you want to lose a little bit of weight. You go to the gym, right? Yeah, go to the gym. Okay. You went to the gym for the first time. You had a crazy good workout. You were there for an hour and a half. You're sweating after the workout.
00:43:10:22 - 00:43:27:21 Unknown You look in the mirror. How do you look? Yeah, well, I look, I look the same. Is the gym a myth? Yeah. It doesn't work. No. You got to put in the time and effort. What happens is that people will. You have so much tension and stress on your body, and I adjust you that all of that goes away.
00:43:27:21 - 00:43:45:21 Unknown And then after maybe a week or two, it comes back and then you're like, oh gosh, you see, it doesn't work. No, that's just your body. It was actually getting used for the first time in years. Feeling normal. Yeah. And then your bodies, you go through your life, the sport, your job, you're sitting there, you're this and that.
00:43:45:21 - 00:44:04:09 Unknown Your body is mechanically going to break down. So that's why it's good to maintain it. Yeah. Does that mean necessary? No. Exactly, exactly. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I'm going to ask you one more last serious question before we get to some fun ones. So you've helped a lot of people. You said you have 3000 people on subscription. Sure. Is there one patient whose story has stayed with you?
00:44:04:09 - 00:44:24:01 Unknown I think a lot. I mean, like I said, yeah, I'm I'm, you know, 3000 people are a lot. You'd be surprised if you ever came to my office, you know? Hey, John. Christina. Hey, Jim. Like, how do you remember all these people's names? We have a very. I have a very good relationship with my patients. Everyone stories a little bit different.
00:44:24:01 - 00:44:46:00 Unknown I can give two. I can give one example here. And then the complete opposite spectrum. You know, the pro athletes coming in, even Liv Morgan, this a WWE. This is the best, best of the best. If you were, you know, when we were growing up because we're all about the same age. If you're thinking of, like, Stone cold, the Rock, like, those are the ones that I knew, this is the one that right now is like that.
00:44:46:01 - 00:45:09:20 Unknown Yeah. And I have the opportunity. She wants me to work on her. That's great. She has anybody. She wants me to do it. Yeah. Okay, I'll do it. Awesome. So stuff like that, you know, again, if I would have been working at the other clinic and never would have happened. So you have that spectrum. The other one, the crazy story I two years ago, we were we were working.
00:45:09:20 - 00:45:30:18 Unknown It was a normal day was about 4:00 in the afternoon. Office was busy. It's packed. It's a great day. Gentleman walks into my office and opens the door and is just standing there. And my front desk is like like, hey, how are you? You have an appointment? He's just staring. He's not saying anything. He's just staring. Someone comes and gets me.
00:45:30:19 - 00:45:54:11 Unknown Hey, like, you might want to come out here. And I'm like, okay. He. It comes off a little weird, you know? You're not. You're looking, you're staring, you're not. You're about to do something. You're like, what's going on? He's deaf. Oh he can't speak. So he's doing this like what? You want money? You wanted a paper and a pen so he can write.
00:45:54:12 - 00:46:16:07 Unknown Okay, so now our guards are down a little bit like, okay, something clear. There's something going on here, but we're not scared. So he's he's writing down on the piece of paper, basically. I've been in jail for the last eight years. I was just released an hour ago. Wow.
00:46:16:09 - 00:46:39:18 Unknown You're the first person I wanted to come to.
00:46:39:20 - 00:46:57:06 Unknown Man. But now that was something, you know, like you were. This is what you wanted to do when you first got, like, you didn't even go see your family or. But did he didn't hear about you, like, in jail or something, or all the social media ads. Don't know how you know what I mean, but it just happened to see one.
00:46:57:08 - 00:47:16:14 Unknown You know, the ads one day on social media and was like, wow. Like for whatever reason, he wanted to just come in and and get himself feeling good so we can go out and and try to change his life. Imagine being in prison. You're you're sleeping on those little mattresses. Like someone like, I'm sure he cracked a hell of an adjustment.
00:47:16:16 - 00:47:37:20 Unknown I could imagine, I could imagine. Do you ever just like. Like at the end of the day, you know, just, like, sit and wonder, like, holy shit. Like, this is my life every day. Yeah. It's important. When we close up the office, I'm usually in there for another 30 minutes just doing some documentation, and it's quiet, and I'm just alone and on my drive.
00:47:37:22 - 00:47:56:06 Unknown Oh, I'm like, man, like, this is wild, you know? Because it's just four years ago, I was in school. Yeah. And now we fast for. And I've worked on all of these people, travel to all of these places and just formed all of these connections with with these people. It's crazy. It is. Yeah. It's crazy. That's why it's awesome.
00:47:56:07 - 00:48:07:17 Unknown And that's that's really, really cool. Okay, we're gonna do what we're doing. Tell me we're doing this or that, and then we're going to do myth or fact. Okay? Okay. So we're starting with this or that okay. Standing desk or sitting desk.
00:48:07:18 - 00:48:30:00 Unknown Both. Both barefoot or shoes? Both. Situation. What are we doing? Crack your own back. Yes or no? No, no. Is text neck a real thing? Yes. Best pillow. Softer, firm. I like soft, but what's better? Hard? No. Hard is always better. I'm joking. Wow.
00:48:30:03 - 00:48:47:14 Unknown No, sorry. One stretch everyone should do every day. Sit on your butt leg straight. Try to touch your toes. Most people do the opposite, where they just bend over and touch your toes. That's how you throw out your lower back. No way out. Yeah. Stop it! I do both, but now I guess I won't do that one.
00:48:47:15 - 00:49:01:14 Unknown Okay, so you have to sit down, sit on your butt and sit on your butt, like, straight and touch. I'm horrible. Yeah, because I do do that at the gym. I always stand, and I do like some stretches. And then I'll try to touch my toes, which I can. Yeah. Okay. Good to know. I'm gonna. That's why I'm here.
00:49:01:15 - 00:49:17:21 Unknown Okay. Crocs, good or bad for your body. I don't like them. They're ugly. Which is worse? High heels or flip flops? Worse. Like for. For your body. High heels. Yeah. Yeah. Well, too bad I'm still going with.
00:49:17:23 - 00:49:24:06 Unknown What's harder to fix. Bad posture or stubborn patience.
00:49:24:08 - 00:49:53:12 Unknown Stubborn patience? Yeah, yeah, we already asked that one. And that's the one I was going to say. Anyone ever farted? Just did someone to hear it. That is my absolute fear of of happening while getting an adjustment. It's happened right when I had my. Well, when, when when one night when all the WWE wrestlers came to me about a five of them in a group came and some of the tables are open and we have an open.
00:49:53:12 - 00:50:13:23 Unknown Some of the rooms are private, some of the rooms are open and this was open. So you had the WWE wrestlers on the table. The wives were just kind of hanging out as a vibe, and I go and work on the one WWE guy, do the adjustment on him and everyone is quiet just watching and when I adjust him, oh my god, so loud.
00:50:14:00 - 00:50:34:14 Unknown No one was kind of like, was it the table or was it him? Everyone was kind of like, did he hurt him? Is he okay? Because it was a big gap of silence and then he just kind of looks at me. Oh, and he's like, did you hear that? I would I would have tried to like all of Orlando heard that.
00:50:34:16 - 00:50:55:11 Unknown Oh my God, did it stink? I didn't, I walked away, he was just like walked away for a minute, let him have his space and then I come back. I would I would have tried to synchronize a cough at the same time, like, yeah, you know, that is so funny. Okay. Myth or fact, you're going to tell me if it's a myth or a fact, right?
00:50:55:12 - 00:51:22:11 Unknown Cracking your knuckles causes arthritis. In fact, is it okay? Good posture, fixtures, fixtures. Fixes everything. Myth. You need to be in pain to see a chiropractor. Myth mattresses cause back pain could. Yeah. I don't know if you've seen, but I've seen this a lot on social media. Like the Japanese beds that they're saying. That is, like, the best thing for your back.
00:51:22:12 - 00:51:38:16 Unknown What do you think about that? I can't speak on that because I don't have one. But for me personally, something that's really great, I have a bed that like has a remote and an incline inclines. So that's like the game changer because you don't want to be flat. So that little increase of the incline will take off the pressure on that spine.
00:51:38:17 - 00:51:59:15 Unknown Oh, you should have gotten a mattress like that. Especially after my surgery. I would have just had to frickin. We already asked that one. Working out is enough. You don't need to stretch. Myth. Myth? Yeah, we're just trying to, you know, be engaging here. We knew those answers. Whatever. Okay, so
00:51:59:17 - 00:52:03:20 Unknown If you can go back in time and give your younger self some advice, what would it be?
00:52:04:00 - 00:52:30:21 Unknown I still live like this to this day. Now, I've had all this. I've had all this success, very well known, very well respected. Top athletes, performers, celebrities come to me for treatment because I'm very, you know, very I like to think I'm very good at what I do. I'll be the judge of that after I'm ready. You know, you, I didn't come from a lot of money.
00:52:30:22 - 00:52:57:18 Unknown And now I'm starting to to make money. And it's very important to say keep the things that matter the most to you as a priority. People. Again, I told you guys this before, I have. I have two McLarens. I have a Corvette, but I have a $20,000 pickup truck with 100,000 miles on it that I love just as much.
00:52:57:22 - 00:53:15:08 Unknown And people ask like, oh my God, that car, the McLaren and how much is I'm like, yeah, it's $400,000 car. Okay. How much? You know? But I love my pickup truck. How can you love your pickup truck just as much? Well, hey, it's a lot bigger. Yeah, it's a lot more spacious. I can just get in and throw some stuff in the back.
00:53:15:10 - 00:53:35:01 Unknown It's important to keep the things that mattered most of you. If I. If I had to give away my car, I don't care. Yeah, you know what I mean? So that's what I would say is no matter how big you get in, whatever you do, how much money you make. Find the things that are the most important to you and keep that you know close to you because you can have as much money.
00:53:35:01 - 00:53:48:07 Unknown It's not going to make you. It's important, but it's not going to make. And it's me speaking. It's not going to make you happy because I've come from no money and I've come, and now I have a lot of money. Yeah. And I was I've been miserable with a lot of money. I've been miserable with no money.
00:53:48:07 - 00:54:07:17 Unknown I've been happy with a lot of money, but happy with no money. Yeah. Just find the things that matter to you the most and hold on to it and stay humble. Yeah, that's the most important thing. Absolutely. So he's going to crack me. Okay, I'm getting crack today. We're doing an adjustment by a different man. So this is going to break the internet.
00:54:07:19 - 00:54:13:09 Unknown Sorry, brother. You have to stay in one. So.
00:54:13:11 - 00:54:34:21 Unknown I was going to say something. I'm just going to say no no, no. So before we get to to doing that, please let our followers know if they want to follow you.
